Very delicious, simple to prepare and  healthy.  Ideal for those days you want something sweet.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 100ml skim milk / almond / coconut / lactose-free
  • Cinnamon

Method of preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender till it’s smooth and enjoy.


  • Peel and freeze the banana, that way it’ll  be simpler and faster to prepare.
  • For those who want  more protein they can always add 25g of whey.
  • You can also change for another piece of fruit, like mango or kiwi.
  • You can also add peanut butter butter.
  • You can prepare as many as you want and store in the freezer, ready to blend.
